SAŠA RANĐELOVIĆ is Full Professor (tenured) at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Economics and Business (Department of Economic Policy and Development), where he also serves as the Vice Dean for Finance and International Relations. He was conferred his PhD degree in economics in 2012 by the University of Belgrade. He was also garnered with the award for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of economics in Serbia for the academic years 2011-2012, bestowed by the Scientific Association of Economists of Serbia. Professor Ranđelović is the author of three books and many articles published in esteemed international journals, such as Economic Systems, Economics of Transition, International Journal of Emerging Markets, International Journal of Health Economics and Management, etc. His research expertise encompasses a broad range of topics within public finance and economic policy. Professor Ranđelović's academic influence extends beyond his primary institutional affiliations through his active participation in numerous high-profile domestic and international research and policy projects, notably including those under Horizon2020, Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), World Bank, GIZ, and USAID, among others. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association. In 2019 he was appointed Visiting Fellow at the European Institute of the London School of Economics and Political Science.
